You may send a reclamation regarding to #CMAX.gg or the providers. Please tell us your user account, the desired compensation, if any (in GGC), the name of the provider, what happened or explain the reason for the reclamation as accurate as possible. You may also give additional suggestions, how we should avoid the same problem in the future.
